About the Role

The organization is seeking an experienced Power BI Data Analyst to support dashboard development, reporting automation, and business intelligence initiatives. This role will play a key part in enhancing enterprise reporting capabilities and helping stakeholders make informed business decisions through actionable insights and data visualization.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop reporting solutions, improve data accessibility, and support ongoing analytics projects.

Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Dashboard Development

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Create data visualizations that provide meaningful business insights.
• Continuously improve dashboard performance, usability, and effectiveness.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.

Reporting & Process Automation

• Develop and automate recurring reporting processes.
• Improve reporting efficiency through data-driven automation solutions.
• Reduce manual reporting efforts and enhance data accessibility.
• Support enterprise reporting initiatives and analytics projects.

Data Analysis & Collaboration

• Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to gather reporting requirements.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance metrics.
• Provide recommendations that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Assist stakeholders in interpreting and utilizing reporting insights.

Data Governance & Quality

• Support data governance initiatives and reporting standards.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
• Assist with maintaining reliable and trusted data sources.
• Contribute to enterprise analytics and data management initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional data analysis experience.
• Strong expertise in Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
• Experience creating data visualizations and business intelligence solutions.
• Ability to work successfully in a fully remote environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP.
• Exposure to data engineering concepts and technologies.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar business platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting modernization initiatives.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.

Compensation

Salary Range: $80,000 – $115,000 per year

Compensation is based on experience, technical expertise, and qualifications.
