Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related questions.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Communication & Service Excellence
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when assisting customers.
- Follow established communication standards and service guidelines.
- Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
Performance & Compliance
- Follow client-specific procedures, policies, and scripts.
- Maintain performance, attendance, and quality standards.

Remote Work Operations

- Utilize computer systems and customer service tools effectively.
