About the Role
Medline is seeking an experienced Senior BI Analyst to lead the development and delivery of enterprise business intelligence solutions. This role combines Power BI leadership, data analytics, project management, and stakeholder engagement to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, data modeling, and analytics, with a proven ability to manage BI initiatives from concept to deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience developing and supporting enterprise Power BI solutions.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, semantic models, governance, and performance optimization.
- 5-10 years of Tableau dashboard development experience.
- Advanced SQL development and performance tuning skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data modeling and business analytics.
- Experience with Python for analytics, automation, and data processing.
- Experience developing solutions using Power Apps.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong project management and product ownership experience.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
