About the Role
TDS Telecom is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive - MDU Sales to expand business opportunities within Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) communities in the Spokane, Washington area. In this role, you will develop strategic partnerships, generate new business opportunities, negotiate agreements, and drive revenue growth by promoting TDS's fiber internet and communication solutions. This position is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, territory management, and exceeding sales goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of outside field sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, telecommunications, or MDU environments.
- Minimum 1 year of experience drafting and negotiating proposals and contracts.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong business development, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing sales pipelines using CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a geographic sales territory.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including occasional overnight travel.
