About the Role
Uline is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join its Finance team at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. In this role, you will leverage data analytics and process improvement expertise to optimize financial operations, develop workflow solutions, and provide actionable business insights to leadership. This position is ideal for analytical professionals who enjoy solving complex business challenges and driving operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Business Intelligence, Process Improvement, Data Analytics, or related areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience translating complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Experience with Python, Power Automate, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
