POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Highlights: Work with an experienced team that prioritizes its employees and customers.
- Job Type: Customer Service Representative
- Work Hours: Full-time - Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Hourly Compensation: $17-24hr
- Benefits: Medical, life insurance, a 401K with match, PTO, and year-round work.
- Location: Riverdale, NJ
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience
- Intermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching
- Excellent grammar and writing skills
- Great phone skills are required!
- Light Sales experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Customer service skills
- Physical ability to sit for long periods of time
- HVAC office experience a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks is a plus!
