POSITION SNAPSHOT:

- Job Type: HVAC Field Superintendent, HVAC Project Manager
- Work Hours: Full-time - Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Annual Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000
- Benefits: Medical, life insurance, a 401K with match, a company vehicle, PTO, and year-round work.
- Location: Riverdale, NJ
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED AS OUR HVAC FIELD SUPERINTENDENT:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid NJ driver's license
- 5 years in residential or light commercial HVAC installation, layout, and design
- EPA certifications (Type II or Universal)
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting strategies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, work in various environmental conditions, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
Familiarity with Service Titan software and the ability to lay out duct fittings is a plus. Plumbing experience is also preferred!
