Our client an international freight forwarding and logistics company, is seeking a Sales and Operations staff member to join their KY team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, prepare quotes
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Collaborate with logistics providers, warehouse teams, and internal sales staff to ensure efficient shipment execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to management.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports while maintaining data integrity within internal systems.
- Build and develop a high-performing, profitable freight brokerage operation with a long-term goal of advancing into a leadership role.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, including regular business reviews and relationship management.
- Contribute to corporate strategy development and annual budgeting processes, including cost control and year-end performance analysis.
- Review, track, and analyze operating costs and expenditures to ensure accuracy and alignment with budget targets.
- Manage troubleshooting and customer service support, including handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of sales and operation experience, supply chain or logistic industry preferred.
- Highschool diploma required
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Bilingual ability with Japanese and English (both read/write/speak)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
