We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual (Japanese/English) Sales Representative to help drive business transformation in the North American industrial market. This role serves as a critical bridge between Kito Kogyo's engineering capablities in Japan and project opportunities in the local market.
Over time, this position is expected to expand into project ownership in collaboration with alliance partners, leading activities from proposal development through delivery and execution.
In this role, you will support sales activities, manage customer relationships, and coordinate projects across diverse teams. Your bilingual skills will enable seamless communication with international clients and partners, ensuring our solutions meet their needs with enthusiasm and precision.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's new business model and cultivate relationships with existing customers, including manufacturors, automotive OMEs and Tier 1 suppliers
- Build and manage relationships with local alliance partners to secure a stable pipeline of projects and business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and customer proposals in close coordination with engineering and technical teams.
- Coordinate technical requirements and project details with headquarters in Japan.
- Manage sales targets and project pipelines while supporting planning and coordination efforts to achieve company growth objectives.
- Act as key communication point between US and Japan headquarters.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication skills to build lasting relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
