We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual (Japanese/English) Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support sales activities, manage customer relationships, and coordinate projects across diverse teams. Your bilingual skills will enable seamless communication with international clients and partners, ensuring our solutions meet their needs with enthusiasm and precision.
- Provide broad administrative support to the sales team, including schedule coordination and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, organize and maintain sales-related documents such as quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Serve as a contact point for customers and partner inquiries while supporting day to day communications.
- Coordinate technical and project related details with our headquarters in Japan.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand product specifications and communicate effectively with clients about technical details.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication skills to build lasting relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
