Responsibilities
- Credit Management
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Bank Reconciliation
- Communicate among co-workers at Accounting Dept.
- Communicate with local branch office accounting personnel as well as operation team and branch managers
- Learn accounting system CODA and run report and post journals
- Learn operation system Descartes (ONEVIEW) / Cargowise to view each shipment files (what operation team enter AR and AP in their system)
- Oversea settlement with other oversea offices/agents
- Report to Accounting Manager
Qualifications
- BA degree with accounting major or equivalent
- Japanese skill is a big plus
- Excellence Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel -Vlookup, Pivot, Microsoft Outlook
