Level I IT Provisioning / End‑User Support (Contract)
Location: Onsite – Galleria area (5 days/week)
Duration: 6‑month contract (may extend)
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door with an enterprise environment to onboard new hires at scale, and ensure they are fully provisioned, secure and productive on Day 1 in an M365 environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 desktop and end‑user technical support
- Support onboarding readiness for large volumes of new hires (perm and contract)
- Assist with user provisioning, access, and Microsoft 365 licensing
- Support device enrollment, configuration, and compliance using Intune and Autopilot
- Troubleshoot onboarding, identity, and Day‑1 access issues
- Manage incidents and requests using an ITSM platform (ServiceNow or similar)
- Assist with offboarding, including access deprovisioning and hardware recovery
Technical Environment
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Autopilot
- Microsoft 365 services
- ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira
Required Qualifications
- Experience providing Level 1 desktop or end‑user support
- Exposure to structured or enterprise IT environments (500 )
- Basic understanding of identity and access management working with Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, M365
- Strong communication skills and comfort supporting users at all levels
- Ability to work onsite five days per week
- Comfortable operating in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
