This is Aftermath is expanding our Health Insurance Sales team in Tampa and seeking motivated individuals interested in developing sales experience, building client relationships, and growing within an energetic, team-oriented environment.
No previous insurance experience is required. We're looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Learn about available health insurance products and coverage options.
- Support customer acquisition and account development.
- Communicate with clients regarding coverage interests and general account inquiries.
- Present insurance products and services when appropriately licensed.
- Maintain organized customer records and follow-up information.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, professional, and motivated attitude.
- Strong organization and time management.
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
