RB Health Solutions is expanding our Tampa team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as an Entry Level Account Manager. This position is designed for candidates who are ready to develop professional communication, client management, and sales skills while building a long-term career in the health and insurance industry.
No previous account management experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the resources needed to develop into a successful member of our team.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Learn client needs and help identify appropriate health coverage solutions
- Educate clients on available products and services
- Assist clients throughout the enrollment and decision-making process
- Manage client follow-ups and provide continued support
- Maintain accurate client information and account activity
