Louros Insurance Consulting is growing our Tampa team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Entry-Level Account Managers. This role is built for people who are ready to develop real-world business, sales, communication, and leadership skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
No previous insurance or account management experience is required. We’re looking for potential—not a perfect résumé. If you're coachable, confident working with people, and motivated to grow, we'll provide the training and support to help you get started.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing clients
- Learn how to identify client needs and recommend appropriate health coverage solutions
- Educate clients on available products and services
- Develop professional sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Assist clients throughout the sales and enrollment process
- Maintain consistent communication and client follow-up
- Build and manage client relationships
- Work alongside experienced team members toward individual and team goals
