No previous account management or insurance experience is required. We’re looking for motivated, coachable people who are ready to learn and grow. We provide the training and support to help you build confidence and develop professionally.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing clients
- Learn how to identify individual client needs
- Educate clients on available health coverage products and services
- Assist clients throughout the sales and enrollment process
- Develop professional communication and relationship-building skills
- Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up
- Build and manage client relationships
