Northern Apex Group is seeking personable, career-minded individuals to join our Tampa team as Health Support Specialists assisting clients with finding Health Insurance coverage built around their needs.
While the title emphasizes client support, this is a health insurance sales position. You'll work directly with prospective clients to understand their coverage needs, educate them on available health insurance options, and help them select and enroll in coverage.
We provide paid training, so previous health insurance or sales experience is not required.
What You'll Do
- Connect with individuals seeking health insurance coverage
- Learn about each client's individual coverage needs
- Present available health insurance plans and products
- Help clients compare and understand their options
- Recommend coverage based on individual needs
- Answer questions regarding plans and enrollment
- Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up
- Work toward company sales goals
