Northern Apex Group is growing our Tampa team and looking for confident, people-focused individuals to join us as Sales and Client Coverage Support Representatives.
This entry-level role combines sales, client support, communication, and relationship building. You'll work directly with clients, learn how to identify their needs, explain available health coverage solutions, and provide support throughout the sales and enrollment process.
No previous insurance or sales experience is required. If you're comfortable talking with people, motivated to improve, and willing to be coached, we'll provide the training and support to help you get started.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing clients
- Identify individual coverage needs and priorities
- Educate clients on available health coverage products and services
- Present solutions clearly and professionally
- Assist clients throughout the sales and enrollment process
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Provide continued client support
- Develop professional sales and communication skills
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
