SageShield Assurance is expanding our Tampa team and looking for a Client Sales & Support Representative to assist clients with their health and life insurance needs.
This entry-level position combines client support, communication, and insurance sales. You’ll work directly with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, explain coverage options, and assist them throughout the sales process.
No previous experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you develop your knowledge of health and life insurance products and professional sales skills.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with prospective and existing clients
- Educate clients on health and life insurance options
- Identify individual client needs
- Assist clients throughout the insurance sales process
- Explain available coverage and plan options clearly
- Conduct follow-up calls with prospective clients
- Build positive, long-term client relationships
- Work with team members to achieve individual and office goals
