SageShield Assurance is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our Tampa office as a Call Center Sales Representative specializing in Health & Life Insurance Sales.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop professional communication and insurance sales skills.
You’ll communicate directly with prospective clients over the phone, identify their insurance needs, explain available health and life coverage options, and assist them throughout the sales process.
No previous insurance experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with prospective health and life insurance clients over the phone
- Identify client needs through professional conversations
- Educate clients on available health and life insurance options
- Explain coverage options clearly and confidently
- Assist prospective clients throughout the sales process
- Conduct follow-up calls with prospective clients
- Develop strong communication and insurance sales skills
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Participate in ongoing coaching and training
