You don't need years of experience or the perfect résumé to get started. No previous account management or health insurance experience is required. We're looking for motivated people who communicate well, take coaching seriously, and are ready to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing clients
- Educate clients on available health coverage products and services
- Assist clients throughout the sales and enrollment process
- Develop professional communication and relationship-building skills
- Provide continued account and client support
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up
