aSpear Consulting is expanding our Tampa team and looking for personable, motivated individuals to join us as Health Plan Concierges. You'll work directly with clients, learn about their individual needs, and help guide them through available health coverage products and services.
No previous experience is required. We're looking for people with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the motivation to learn. We provide training and ongoing support to help you develop professionally.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing clients
- Learn about individual health coverage needs and priorities
- Educate clients on available health plan products and services
- Guide clients throughout the sales and enrollment process
- Answer questions and provide personalized support
- Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
