RB Health Solutions is expanding our Tampa team and looking for personable, motivated individuals to join us as Client Benefits Advisors. This entry-level position gives you the chance to develop professional sales, communication, and client relationship skills while helping individuals understand available health coverage and benefit solutions.
No previous insurance experience is required. We provide training and ongoing support to help you learn the industry, build confidence with clients, and develop professionally.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing clients
- Learn about individual coverage needs and priorities
- Educate clients on available health coverage and benefit solutions
- Explain options clearly and professionally
- Guide clients throughout the sales and enrollment process
- Answer questions and provide personalized support
- Develop strong professional client relationships
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
