This is Aftermath is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our expanding Tampa-based Health Insurance Sales team as Entry Level Sales Executives.

We're looking for ambitious candidates who enjoy interacting with people, developing professional relationships, and working toward meaningful career goals.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide training and ongoing guidance to help individuals develop product knowledge and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers regarding health insurance coverage options.
• Learn about available health insurance products, benefits, and services.
• Identify customer interests and coverage needs.
• Conduct professional sales conversations and product presentations.
• Assist customers through authorized insurance sales and enrollment processes.
• Maintain organized customer records and follow-up information.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales coaching and product education.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
