This is Aftermath is expanding our Tampa Health Insurance Sales call center team and seeking outgoing individuals who enjoy communicating with people and working in an energetic office environment.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in phone-based sales, customer engagement, and professional development.
Previous insurance experience is not required. We're looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a dependable work ethic, and the willingness to learn.
Daily Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective customers by phone.
- Discuss customer interests in available health insurance services.
- Conduct professional sales-related conversations.
- Answer general customer questions and provide relevant information.
- Direct regulated insurance sales matters to properly licensed representatives when necessary.
- Conduct follow-up communication with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Work toward individual and team call and sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing call center training and sales coaching.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Dependable and motivated.
- Positive attitude and willingness to accept coaching.
- Previous phone sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
