This is Aftermath is expanding our Health Insurance Sales operations in Tampa and seeking friendly, professional individuals to join our team as Executive Concierges.
This position focuses on customer communication, general health coverage inquiries, and supporting clients throughout their interactions with our insurance team.
We're looking for individuals who take pride in providing excellent service while developing valuable professional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a professional point of contact for prospective and existing customers.
- Assist with general health insurance coverage inquiries.
- Provide information about available services and customer resources.
- Support customer communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate with authorized insurance representatives regarding customer needs.
- Help maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Assist customers with general administrative questions.
- Participate in customer service and insurance product training.
