This is Aftermath is growing our Tampa-based Health Insurance Sales team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Entry Level Medical Sales Specialists.
This role provides a time to develop professional communication, customer engagement, and insurance sales skills through hands-on training and guidance.
Whether you're transitioning from retail, hospitality, or customer service, we welcome applicants who are ready to learn something new.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective customers interested in health insurance coverage.
- Learn about available health insurance products and services.
- Identify customer needs through professional conversations.
- Present product information when appropriately licensed.
- Support insurance sales and customer follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Participate in sales training and coaching.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills.
