- Lead design, programming, and integration of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems (Rockwell, Siemens, Modicon, AVEVA, Ignition).
- Oversee system start-up, commissioning, and testing (FAT/SAT) while mentoring field teams.
- Review and redline P&IDs, control narratives, wiring diagrams, and as-built drawings.
- Specify instrumentation, I/O lists, and cause-and-effect matrices; ensure all designs meet standards and cost goals.
- Support IT/OT network architecture, server/VM setup, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Anticipate customer needs, identify risks, and coordinate proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure scope, schedule, and budget success.
- Education: B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Controls Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5–7 years in controls/automation, including 3 years in project engineering or technical leadership.
- Technical Skills: PLC and SCADA/HMI programming, field commissioning, instrumentation, and network integration.
- Soft Skills: Strong communicator, analytical thinker, steady under pressure, and team-oriented.
- Other: Valid driver’s license; work authorization in the U.S.; fit for duty.
