MS Dynamics Developer (no C2C and only W2)

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an experienced Dynamics Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be joining as a Dynamics focused developer working on integrations and moving the Dynamics environment forward. This role is a hybrid role based in Indianapolis and offers full benefits. We will take as few as 2 years of Dynamics CRM experience with confidence with Plugins utilizing C#, Web Forms and writing web resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designs and implements custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms, including integrations with existing OpenStack applications
• Possesses in-depth application-specific knowledge for multiple modules.
• Ability to design and build a system from the beginning through completion
• Working on Dynamics and someone that has the experience and can get their hands dirty inside the modules.
• Creates and optimizes Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, and business process flows using C# and the Dynamics SDK.
• Configures and extends Dynamics 365 modules (Sales and Service) to meet business requirements.
• Proficiency in Dynamics Security Concepts like Security Roles, Team Security, Field Level Security, Hierarchy Security, etc.
• integrating Dynamics 365 with systems and Messaging Brokers like Active MQ, etc.
• Client-side scripting for Dynamics using Xrm/Javascript based frameworks.
• Experience designing complex system features and functionalities
• Ability to mentor lower-level software developers including technical, architectural, process, and standards approaches.

REQUIREMENTS:

• US Citizen or Green Card Holder- no sponsorship at this time
• Ability to work 50% onsite in Indianapolis.
• 2 years of Dynamics CRM
• Creates and optimizes Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, and business process flows using C# and the Dynamics SDK.
• Dataverse proficiency.
• Proficiency in Dynamics Security Concepts like Security Roles, Team Security, Field Level Security, Hierarchy Security, etc.
• Proficiency in integrating Dynamics 365 with other applications (like messaging brokers)
• Client-side scripting for Dynamics using Xrm/Javascript based frameworks.
