Job Title: QA/QC Technician II (No C2C)
Location: Dayton, OH

Overview:
Theoris is seeking a QA/QC Technician II to perform inspections on incoming materials and ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming inspections using sampling and control plans
- Use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation (GMP)
- Conduct sterile release activities as assigned
- Identify and document nonconforming materials
- Troubleshoot quality issues and support root cause analysis
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Purchasing teams
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or inspection
- Experience with inspection tools
- Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in a regulated environment preferred
