Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customization, integration, and development within the D365 CE platform, along with a solid understanding of business processes and CRM architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions within Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)
• Customize and configure D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
• Develop plugins, workflows, and custom integrations
• Work on C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Integrate D365 CE with external systems using APIs and web services
• Perform data migration, data modeling, and system enhancements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the CRM system
• Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience in plugin development, workflows, and customizations
• Good understanding of CRM architecture and business processes
• Experience with API integrations and third-party systems
• Knowledge of data migration and data management
