Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a high-energy, award-winning neighborhood oyster bar concept known for its focus on hospitality, quality, and team culture. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and enjoys being actively present on the floor, developing teams, and driving operational excellence.
You will partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team to ensure smooth daily execution, elevated guest experiences, and strong coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example in a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant environment
- Partner with leadership to execute daily operations and service standards
- Train, coach, and develop FOH team members to deliver warm, attentive hospitality
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment for staff and guests
- Strengthen collaboration between FOH and BOH teams
- Support bar operations including inventory, ordering, and cost controls (with bar leadership support)
- Help ensure consistency in service, quality, and team performance
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of restaurant management experience in high-volume, full-service operations
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Experience with bar programs, inventory management, and ordering systems preferred
- Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, floor-driven leadership style
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000–$75,000 annually
