The Assistant Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting daily operations across the restaurant, bar, and outdoor pavilion. This role focuses on shift execution, team supervision, and guest satisfaction while ensuring operational standards are consistently met.
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $25 – $28/hour
- Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays required)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Supervise FOH team across restaurant, bar, and outdoor areas
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- Monitor service quality and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Support inventory control and organization (storage, bar, kitchen)
- Assist with opening/closing procedures, including securing the property
- Help manage labor, food & beverage costs, and daily reporting
- Step into service roles as needed during high-volume periods
- Provide coaching, direction, and feedback to team members
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Ensure consistent guest engagement (table touches, service presence)
Qualifications
- 2 years of hospitality experience (required)
- 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred)
- Strong understanding of restaurant and bar operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting
- Experience with inventory and cost control is a plus
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
