What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and motivate front-of-house and service teams to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Coach, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive culture.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
Guest Experience
- Ensure every guest receives outstanding service and a memorable dining experience.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively.
- Build strong relationships with guests and promote a hospitality-first culture.
- Monitor dining room operations to maintain service excellence.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service execution.
- Maintain company standards for cleanliness, safety, and food quality.
- Support inventory management, labor controls, and cost management initiatives.
- Collaborate with culinary and management teams to achieve operational goals.
Financial Performance
- Assist in managing labor costs and operational expenses.
- Support sales-building initiatives and restaurant profitability goals.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Previous restaurant management experience required.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Experience working in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments.
- Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications
