- 2–4 years of restaurant management experience (fast casual strongly preferred)
- Strong operational mindset (labor, cost control, execution)

- Hands-on, present, and not afraid to lead from the floor
- Pittsburgh-based or open to relocation
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000 – $80,000 base salary (DOE)
