Position Overview
The Assistant General Manager will play a critical role in driving daily operations, leading the front-of-house team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Excellence
- Lead daily front-of-house operations in a high-volume, upscale setting
- Maintain exceptional service standards with a strong focus on guest experience
- Ensure smooth, efficient execution during peak service periods
Guest Engagement
- Build strong relationships with guests and cultivate a loyal customer base
- Create a personalized, high-touch dining experience
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and urgency
Team Leadership
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a polished service team
- Lead by example with a consistent, visible presence on the floor
- Foster a culture of accountability, hospitality, and teamwork
Financial & Operational Support
- Support the General Manager in achieving sales and profitability goals
- Assist with labor management, scheduling, and cost controls
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement
Standards & Compliance
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and health and safety standards
- Ensure adherence to all operational policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of management experience in upscale or polished casual dining
- must have full-service, high-touch service experience
- Proven ability to lead in a high-volume environment ($8M preferred)
