Salary: $85,000–$100,000 Performance Bonus

The Opportunity

An exceptional fine dining restaurant in the DC market is seeking a polished, hospitality-driven General Manager to lead operations at a Michelin-star caliber level. This is a high-visibility leadership role for a GM who understands elevated service standards, precision execution, and refined guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Guest Experience Excellence

• Uphold Michelin-level service standards with meticulous attention to detail
• Lead service from the floor, ensuring seamless execution each night
• Oversee reservations, VIP experiences, and private dining events
• Maintain a culture of intentional, elevated hospitality

Operational & Financial Leadership

• Full P&L accountability (labor, beverage cost, controllables)
• Analyze KPIs and drive strategic profitability improvements
• Manage vendor partnerships and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with all Georgia health and safety regulations

Team Development & Culture

• Recruit, train, and mentor FOH leadership and service teams
• Lead impactful pre-shift meetings focused on menu knowledge and wine education
• Strengthen collaboration between kitchen and front-of-house
• Build a disciplined, accountable, high-performance culture

Ideal Candidate

• 5 years of GM experience in Michelin-level or ultra-fine dining environments
• Strong wine and beverage knowledge
• Proven success managing high-profile clientele
• Demonstrated P&L management expertise
• Hands-on leader who thrives on the floor during service
