We are looking for a polished and highly skilled General Manager who understands how to deliver a premium guest experience to join our team.
General Manager Responsibilities
- Responsible for all activities of the establishment - coach and develop all direct reports and set expectations for all departments.
- Saavy Leader who can forecast, coordinate, and execute with the ability to bubble information up.
- Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.
- Uphold the brand standards and role model in all instances.
- At ease with high guest traffic counts - previous experience working in an establishment that did $8 million-plus in annualized sales.
- Possesses exceptional P n L knowledge to identify revenue streams, close opportunity gaps, and develop the team around you to do the same.
- Expert in negotiating vendor contracts and getting a large project off the ground.
- Previous experience in providing guidance and oversight to a Team of 100 members.
- Above-average base salary of $125 - $135K
