The ideal candidate has recent and significant experience at an upscale resort in a Senior Sales Manager capacity and a passion to effectively work with a team while demonstrating high integrity at all times.
Senior Sales Manager Perks
- Base salary up to $70k
- Bonus/Commission, quarterly & yearly
- Work-from-home flexibility (hybrid) upon training completion

- 5-10 years recent experience as a successful Senior Sales Manager or Director in a full-service, upscale hotel or resort at both branded AND independent properties with over 200 rooms
- Strong aptitude for technology

- Ability and desire to travel to southeastern Nebraska property for the duration of the training period and approximately 2x/week thereafter
- Able to produce three professional references prior to employment offer
