We are seeking a high-impact District Manager to oversee multiple locations across the San Jose market. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, developing leaders, and ensuring consistent execution across a multi-unit portfolio.
What You’ll Own
- Full oversight of multi-unit operations across a defined district
- Accountability for P&L performance, including sales growth, labor, and cost control
- Coaching and developing General Managers and store leadership teams
- Driving operational consistency, customer experience, and brand standards
- Partnering with leadership on local marketing and sales strategies
- Building a high-performance, feedback-driven culture
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2–3 years of multi-unit or district-level leadership experience - bakery, cafes, restaurant experience
- Prior General Manager experience with full P&L ownership
- Strong understanding of profitability drivers, labor management, and sales growth
- Experience managing and developing store-level leaders across multiple locations
- Proficiency with POS systems and operational reporting tools
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
