We are seeking an experienced District Manager for Northern California to oversee multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence, team development, and financial performance across your district.
About the Role:
As District Manager, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of restaurants, driving sales and profitability, implementing company standards, and coaching store leaders to achieve operational and customer experience goals. You will partner with the corporate team to execute initiatives that enhance performance, build strong teams, and maintain a culture of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a group of restaurant General Managers, ensuring compliance with operational standards, quality, and service excellence.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including P&L, labor, and expenses, and implement corrective action plans.
- Coach and mentor leaders to develop skills, improve performance, and retain top talent.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for management teams.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, health, and safety standards across all locations.
- Drive sales growth through operational excellence, marketing initiatives, and team engagement.
- Foster a collaborative, high-energy, and customer-focused culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3–5 years of multi-unit or district-level leadership experience in fast-casual or high-volume restaurants.
- Proven ability to manage multiple locations and lead teams effectively.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L, labor management, and sales initiatives.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within Northern California.
- Passion for people, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
