What You’ll Do
✨ Create bold, seasonal menus that wow guests and highlight Bentonville's culinary culture
Inspire, train, and lead a high-performing culinary team with energy and precision
Take ownership of P&L, food and labor costs, and vendor relationships to maximize profitability
️ Ensure excellence in quality, consistency, and fine-dining presentation
Collaborate with ownership and FOH leaders to elevate the guest journey
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in upscale/fine dining or high-volume kitchens
- Proven leadership that motivates teams to achieve excellence
- Strong financial acumen with cost control and inventory management
- Creative flair with an eye for modern plating and food trends
- Culinary degree a plus, but passion and results matter most
