We are an award-winning, high-energy oyster bar known for exceptional seafood and a dynamic, team-driven environment.
We are seeking a Sous Chef to support the Chef de Cuisine in leading kitchen operations, executing a fresh, seafood-driven menu, and developing a strong, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily kitchen operations, including service and prep
- Execute a seafood-focused menu and extensive oyster program
- Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff
- Manage scheduling, labor, and food cost controls
- Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintain inventory, ordering, and waste control
- Collaborate with Front of House and management teams
