Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support to both employees and management
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all Federal and State labor laws
- Administer payroll and benefits, including Leave of Absence (LOA) management
- Lead and support recruiting efforts, including interviewing, hiring, orientation, and onboarding
- Partner with operations and leadership to promote a positive, compliant, and productive workplace
- Support HR initiatives, policies, and programs aligned with business needs
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations at the federal and state levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
