As a key member of the litigation team, you will work alongside other accomplished attorneys and firm leadership to deliver exceptional results for clients. You’ll manage a caseload from inception through resolution, develop and execute litigation strategy, and play a hands-on role in all aspects of discovery, motion practice, settlement, and trial.

About The Role
As a key member of the litigation team, you will work alongside other accomplished attorneys and firm leadership to deliver exceptional results for clients. You’ll manage a caseload from inception through resolution, develop and execute litigation strategy, and play a hands-on role in all aspects of discovery, motion practice, settlement, and trial.
Responsibilities
- Manage a personal caseload from intake through trial or settlement
- Develop and implement case and litigation strategies
- Draft, review, and approve pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements
- Conduct depositions and represent clients at hearings and jury trials
- Negotiate settlements to achieve optimal client outcomes
- Work directly with firm leadership and clients to move matters toward successful resolution
- Utilize focus groups to enhance case preparation and results
- Participate in continuing legal education to refine and elevate litigation skills
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar
- At least 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, elite litigation team
