We’re supporting a well-known healthcare organization in Portland, ME that’s adding three Pharmacy Technicians to their growing team. This is a great chance to step into a stable, structured pharmacy environment, no retail rush, no chaotic walk-in traffic, and very minimal face-to-face interaction.
This is a back-office pharmacy support role where you’ll help keep prescription operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day may include:

This is a back-office pharmacy support role where you’ll help keep prescription operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day may include:
- Updating and maintaining accurate patient and prescription records
- Handling basic inquiries on medication pricing, availability, and coverage
- Using sound judgment to route clinical questions to a pharmacist
- Assisting with data entry, order processing, inventory, and shipping
- Collaborating with internal medical staff through the EMR
- Following all pharmacy and privacy regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Maine Pharmacy Technician License (must be obtained before starting)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Nice to have: prior pharmacy, medical, or administrative experience
