Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual merit increase process, including compensation data review, tracking, and administration.
- Assist with annual bonus calculations, reporting, and administration.
- Utilize Workday to maintain, review, and analyze compensation information.
- Prepare compensation reports, spreadsheets, and data analyses to support business decisions.
- Review and audit compensation data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Partner with the Compensation and People Operations teams on annual compensation initiatives.
- Track deadlines and deliverables throughout the annual compensation cycle.
- Provide additional analytical and administrative support for compensation-related projects.
- 2–3 years of experience in compensation analysis, compensation administration, or a related HR/Total Rewards role.
- Hands-on experience with annual merit increases and bonus cycles strongly preferred.
- Workday experience required, preferably with compensation administration, reporting, and data management.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in retail, multi-location organizations, or large corporate environments is a plus but not required.
