- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities
- Coordinate travel, meetings, presentations, and executive communications
- Handle expense reporting, documentation, and special projects
- Support leadership with high-level administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with event coordination, board-related materials, and cross-functional initiatives
- Serve as a reliable partner within a collaborative executive support team
- Prior Executive Assistant or senior-level administrative experience
- Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; additional systems experience is a plus
- Exceptional professionalism, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and precision
- Team-oriented, resourceful, and highly polished
