Customer Service Agent

We're hiring multiple Customer Service Agents for offices in Salem, NH and Portsmouth, NH. No collections experience is required, we're looking for candidates with strong customer service skills from retail, hospitality, food service, call centers, banking, insurance, or other service-focused backgrounds.

What We Offer

• $16/hour uncapped biweekly bonuses
• Average earnings after bonuses:
• During training: ~$20/hour
• Once ramped up: ~$24/hour
• Top performers earn $80K annually

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding insurance, healthcare, banking, and other consumer accounts
• Help customers resolve account balances by setting up payment arrangements
• Answer questions, resolve disputes, and provide excellent customer service
• Document conversations and update customer accounts
• Follow company procedures and scripts while maintaining a professional, empathetic approach
  
  

We're Looking For

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, food service, call centers, banking, insurance, or similar environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Reliable work history (looking for candidates with solid tenure in previous roles)
• Basic computer skills and the ability to type at least 35 WPM
