What You'll Do
- Manage a full-cycle recruiting workload of approximately 20 open positions at a time.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
- Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the hiring process.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, providing market insight and recruiting guidance while knowing when to challenge hiring decisions and when to influence outcomes.
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidates and maintain accurate recruiting data.
- Maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting within a professional services, consulting, or similar client-service environment.
- Strong experience hiring professional-level, client-facing talent such as consultants, project managers, technology professionals, healthcare professionals, or other specialized business roles.
- Previous in-house/corporate recruiting experience preferred.
- Comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions when appropriate.
- Ability to work independently with minimal training and quickly contribute to recruiting efforts.
